Cindy, RN:
Cindy has lived on San Juan Island since 1974. She has been an RN since 1989, and has worked at IIMC since 2001. Cindy enjoys working with Dr. Wingren. Her hobbies include boating, traveling, gardening, and curling up with a great book.
Claudia, RN, Coumadin Clinic Coordinator:
Claudia is an Artist in Waiting (waiting for her next big break). She is married, with 4 cats, a dog, and 3 egg laying hens. Shes been in nursing for over 30 years.
Cynthia, RN:
Cynthia has lived on San Juan Island for 14 years. She's been working at IIMC for 11 years. She is an RN and works as the Triage Nurse, as well as the Director of Clinical Services.
Emily, LPN, Clinical Support:
Emily has lived in Friday Harbor and has worked at IIMC since 2001. She enjoys working with patients and staff at the clinic, and also as an EMT with San Juan Island EMS. Emily currently coordinates the use of our Electronic Medical Records Program. She also works as a LPN. Emily is currently attending Lower Columbia College working towards her Nursing Degree.
Haria, MA:
Haria is a Medical Assistant at IIMC. She started in June of 2006. Haria is very passionate about patient care and enjoys making them feel comfortable and confident whenever they come into the clinic.
Joanne R, RN:
Joanne has been a nurse for over 16 years. Before nursing she worked as a dental hygienist for 15 years. When she moved here in 2000, she worked as the Director of Nursing at Islands Convalescent Center. She's been with us at IIMC for 5 years. In her time off she enjoys scrapbooking, knitting, Ale House Trivia, and spending time with her four grandchildren.
Katie, Lab:
Katie has a certification in Phlebotomy from ASCP and is currently working on studies to further her certification to a Medical Lab Technician. She really enjoys living and working in such a great community!
Rebekah, RN:
Rebekah has lived on San Juan Island since 1988. She has
volunteered as an EMT from 1997-2002 and began working
at IIMC in 2000. Though she has worn different hats at IIMC
over the years, her interest and education toward a nursing
degree started in 1997, while raising 3 young daughters,
was completed in 2011. As a new RN, she is excited to have
the opportunity to continue to care for her San Juan Island
family and visitors.
Rosalie, RN:
Rosalie has worked as a nurse at IIMC since 1984. In the past 25 years she has hung on through the many changes. She also has worked as a Home Health Nurse for 26 years. These two positions have given her unique exposure to island life and shes loved every minute of it! Rosalie raised her children on the island and looks forward to someday spending more playtime with her loving family and friends.
